Dan is a ‘Certified Financial Fiduciary’ and a nationally-recognized financial advisor with over 20 years’ experience. Dan believes that risk management is the most important aspect of financial planning. Managing risk and being able to keep your life’s hard-earned money protected is just as crucial as growing your money, recognizing that losses hurt you more than gain help you.

Dan is passionate about his clients’ financial education. He finds it deeply rewarding to take the complexities of a family’s finances and translate those issues into something clear and understandable so they can make solid, risk-free retirement planning decisions. It’s important that his clients understand what their money needs to do to accomplish their financial goals first, then implement a sound and secure plan.

Dan’s passion for helping others has led Dan and Simplified Retirement Strategies to donate money and resources to numerous non-profits including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Salvation Army, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude, Doctors Without Borders and many others.

Additionally, Dan is an author, speaker, and educator. He has appeared and featured in a number of media publications and media networks including Fox News, NBC, CBS and USA Today.

Dan’s life is about commitment – his commitment to professional and personal development and his commitment to others. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family; snow skiing, water sports, traveling and attending sporting events. He attributes his success to the fact that the foundation of his practice is based on honesty, integrity and always doing what is in the best for his clients.

Jeff Bettermann, RFC

Jeff is a Registered Financial Consultant, RFC® and an Investment Advisor Representative. As a Fiduciary, the financial advice he provides to clients is driven by common denominators of strategies observed over a 20-year career.

During that time, he has managed, guided, and consulted financial representatives across the country on industry best practices, asset management strategies, and retirement income planning. Not only has he managed his own book of business of $100 Million, but I also oversaw a territory of advisors that brought in over $200 Million of new accounts per year.

Additionally, Jeff’s fortuitous adventures also landed invitations and appearances as a guest speaker and delegate at Industry conferences and round table discussions.

Brianna Ingraham
Asset-Based Long-Term Care Specialist

Brianna has specialized in long-term care planning for more than 20 years. She believes that long-term care events happen to a family, not just a person.

She stresses that most people are not aware of benefits that long-term care planning provides. As people live longer and healthcare expenses continue to rise, the need for long-term care planning becomes more of a “when” than an “if” situation. By having a long-term care strategy in place earlier, you’ll be better
prepared for the financial strain, emotional and tough decisions you and your loved ones may need to make.

As a Long-Term Care Specialist on the SRS team, she works one-on-one with our advisors and guides their clients and families to prepare them for healthcare in retirement, and protect their families with a plan designed for their specific needs and affordability.

Brianna and her husband Marc spend their free time enjoying the outdoors and the blessing of their three children.

Rick Liuag
Medicare Specialist

Rick is our Medicare Specialist, with over 25 years of insurance planning experience. He also has a lot of experience in assisting our business owner clients with executive financial planning and asset protection. Rick focuses on understanding client needs and shares information with the heart of a teacher to help you achieve your financial goals.

Rick is an avid golfer and loves to travel to new places to check new courses off his bucket list. He is very involved in his community with charitable events. With his wife, he stays busy supporting the activities and needs of their children.

He works hard to make sure everyone he meets feels valued and appreciated.
